Symantec endpoint protection management server not updating Dady dom chatroom
Installing third-party software that makes network- or system-level changes may cause undesirable results when you upgrade SEP.If possible, restart client machines prior to installing or upgrading SEP.After you upgrade, the management server automatically starts the service. The upgrade to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1.5 takes significantly longer than previous upgrades.A previous version of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.x or 11.x exists on the network or on individual computers. You need to migrate to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 5 (12.1.5).
I have installed the Symantec endpoint point protection. Since updating my security server version, I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection, my bandwidth is being sucked up.It seems like every day now I lose connectivity and/or get very low bandwidth.Note: If no previous versions of these products are already installed, read one of the following guides for installation instructions: Migration from Symantec Anti Virus 10.x or Symantec Client Security 3.x is not supported. You must uninstall these legacy products before you install Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5.
Symantec also recommends that you upgrade the entire network to the current version of SEP rather than manage multiple versions.
